Plans and Permissions

We work closely with our architects to ensure that the house you have designed meets and exceeds all your specifications and expectations. Our in-house translator is there at all times to ensure that your wishes are communicated and only when you are 100% satisfied with the draft plans are they approved and drawn up into the official Proyecto.

Once in possession of your Proyecto, we submit it to the Town Hall for approval and gather all the necessary supporting documentation required. We keep you informed of progress through the application process at all stages.

Mortgages

We can also help arrange a mortgage for you to finance your project. Mortgages can be interest free for up to two years and paid in instalments as the work gets signed off and approved by the architect.

New Builds

All our new builds incorporate damp-proof courses and insulation and all our work is guaranteed.

We welcome your involvement at all stages of the project and our in-house project manager will keep you informed on a weekly basis of progress made, through photos and the minutes of the meetings with the architect and technical architect.

Through our contacts we are able to offer you a wide range of finishes. From windows and doors, floor tiles and wall tiles; to paints plastering and roof tiles, we guarantee you get the home you have envisioned.

Land

While our core business is construction, we get asked from time to time if we have any interesting parcels of land or property for sale. The answer is yes. As a result of our close working relationship with the local community, we come across the pick of the real estate. Our prices our highly competitive, all parcels of land come under Pinoso and have the necessary 10,000 m/2 required to build and we provide all documentation and translation services to take you to the point of sale. We currently have on offer beautiful parcels of land starting from just 30,000 Euros. All parcels are legal building plots and come with or have electricity and water nearby.

Packages

On top of tailor-making our services to meet your requirements, we can also offer a selection of predesigned packages. There are 6 off-the-shelf houses currently on offer and each one is built and designed to our high standards.
