Another interesting project we have completed is the restoration of an old village bodega. Originally just one open space, it is now a beautiful three-bedroomed, three-bathroomed family home.
We took the project over from another builder who had stripped the roof and cleared the site. This picture shows the supporting steels that run the length of the bodega which at this stage was just one open space.
This external shot shows the ring beam, new roof, window and door openings and the old walls of the bodega incorporated into the structure.
Another external shot, this time showing the new windows and doors, render finish and stone cladding.
The finished article.
